Digital waste transfer notes, wherever the work takes you
Create and complete waste transfer notes wherever you work, even without mobile reception or Wi-Fi. DWTN saves your work on your device. When connectivity returns while DWTN is open, it automatically tries to synchronise queued WTNs with your account.

Your offline notes and signatures stay in the same browser on the device you used until they synchronise.
With DWTN open, queued WTNs automatically try to sync when connectivity returns. The app checks again when you return, and you can select Sync now.
Keep paperwork moving where mobile coverage is unreliable or unavailable.
A note saved on your device is not yet accepted by DWTN. Check its status for server confirmation and its official WTN reference.
Before you head out
Sign in and open the WTN form on the phone or browser you plan to use before leaving coverage. For security, reconnect at least every 12 hours to refresh offline access. Offline drafts stay on that device and browser until DWTN confirms synchronisation.
When a connection returns while the app is open, DWTN automatically tries to synchronise queued notes. You can also choose Sync now or return to DWTN to retry. Check the status before treating a note as accepted by DWTN.
An offline note may show a temporary device reference while it is waiting to sync. It is not an official WTN number. DWTN assigns the official reference after the server accepts the note.
